Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
  • Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).
  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to be processed within the stated timeframe.

Delivery Information

  • We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.

Delays

  • Your order should arrive within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday).
  • If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@averyjewelry.com as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
  • Please email photos of the issue to info@averyjewelry.com, and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
